Dr. Dean Allan D.CHi, I am Dr. Dean Allan, D.C. and I have been a licensed chiropractor since 2002. My first practice location was Calgary, Alberta. Our family moved to Carstairs, Alberta in 2007, at which time I opened Carstairs Family Chiropractic to help fill a void in town.
